Nose

Nutty. Hazelnuts and dry bracken. Biscuity, then pure passion fruit and orange and apple puree. Pops open\rafter five minutes in the glass and in a rather lovely way. Best left undiluted.

Palate

Calm start. Sweet, with a light pine note. Gentle with a little mango. A smoothie in both senses. Good flow smooth with a spicy lift on the back palate.

Finish

Clean and crisp.

Comment

Would take ice and ginger well. Very good blending.
