Nose

Opens with lots of relatively mature grain with light rummy dried fruit and developing camphor, coriander leaf, tarragon and nettle. With time some burnt butter and vanilla oak.

Palate

A little homogenous with a touch more malt showing. Quite full with the mature-ish grainy dried fruit coming through on the middle. \n

Finish

Short, crisp and grainy.
