Nose

Under-ripe banana, vanilla ice cream, tonic water and aloe. Freshly baked fruit scone with butter.

Palate

Light bodied. Crème brûlée, fresh strawberry and white grape juice. Plenty of fresh apple and pear, with a dollop of clotted cream.

Finish

Medium length, sweet and creamy.

Comment

Simple stuff and a touch hot at first, but actually quite moreish.
