Nose

Fermenting worts – sweet cereal, banana and a hint of funky pineapple. A hoppy element before lemon peel and ripe pear breaks through.

Palate

Medium bodied. Led by orchard fruits, with whipped cream and strawberry jelly. Sponge fingers. We’re in trifle territory. Lemon boiled sweets and lime sorbet, too,

Finish

Medium, with almond flake and more sorbet.

A lovely ‘summer whisky’.
