Nose

Bison grass. Cereal-driven aromas of malt storage. Rather vodka-esque; reminds me of Krupnik. Tarragon, icing sugar, pear drop and vanilla.

Palate

Light bodied. Honey and fromage frais. Underripe pear and banana. Delicately chalky and somewhat minerally, like San Pellegrino sparkling water. A subtle tobacco note (not smoky, like drawing on an unlit cig), with a herbal edge.

Finish

Short, with vanilla and pear drop. Delicately drying.

Comment

Will be polarising. A candidate for a whisky Martini.
