Nose

Black peppercorns and a little bell pepper. Blossom honey, cornflake cereal, and soya milk. Touches of caramel, vanilla pod, and poached pear.

Palate

Medium. Dried pineapple and mango chunks. Coconut ice. Honey-nut cornflake cereal. Cinnamon and sweet applesauce. Savoury hints of king oyster mushroom and roasted red pepper.

Finish

Medium, on honey-nut cornflakes and a little mango yoghurt.

Comment

Nicely balanced. It gives me slight breakfast vibes.
