Nose: Clean - smells like new furniture. When it opens up there are some vanilla notes.
Palate: Very soft and discreet - there's a little honey and creamy sweetness to the fore but with water it disappears completely.
Finish: In a flash it's gone.
Comment: Shy character that doesn't give much away.
Nose: Crisp and clean. Lemon barley water. Slightly acidic over a sweet core. Some lemon and a hint of sulphur.
Palate: Front of the mouth. Good unctuous feel with quite firm structure adding interest.
Comment: Not hugely complex, but good.
