Nose

Buttery hard toffees, chamomile tea with honey, and a floral grassiness. Wholegrain bread and a hint of Farley’s Rusk. Lemon curd, cooked apple, and a little lime marmalade.

Palate

Light-medium. Salted caramel sauce. Sweet oat biscuits sandwiched with vanilla-cream filling. A little coconut ice and vanilla-rich white chocolate. Dried apple rings, candied lemon peel, and mango.

Finish

Medium, on dried apple and some returning floral notes.

Balances a youthful vibrancy with malt weight.
