Nose

Quite an unexpected aroma to start: some wood glue, warm plastic, chestnuts, and ruby grapefruits.

Palate

Nutty and fruity at the same time — like a Cadbury Fruit & Nut eaten while drinking orange juice. There’s a bit of lactic and some caramel.

Finish

Fairly intense with caramel, wood chips, and spice.

Comment

Definitely unique but a bit challenging — one to analyse rather than a gentle sipper.
