Nose: Toasted, caramelised. Black banana, spices. Rich, soft and liquorous. Candied fruits and a hint of fresh mushroom. Delicious.
Palate: Good balance between sweet, spicy and bitter (cherry) notes. Menthol/basil/anise.
Finish: Banana chips. Cocoa.
