Nose

Coal smoke and charcoals. Dark chocolate, maraschino cherry, plum wine, and blackberry jam. Umami of mushrooms fried in soy and served with beef. Golden syrup, too.

Palate

Wafts of smoke again. The char of barbeque meats, subtle hickory, tarragon, peppermint, charred pineapples and strawberries with honey glaze. Tasty.

Finish

The fruits fade fast but the smoke lingers on with white grape.
