Surprising smoky aromas at first, including a blazing bonfire. Then cream cheese spread on toast. Black pepper follows along with coriander seed and ginger biscuits dipped in black coffee.
Palate
Very sharp spiced notes are most prevalent, especially ginger. A sourness develops after a few sips, predominantly lemon and cherry.
Finish
Long and spicy, with a real kick that leaves the tastebuds tingling.
