Nose

Dehydrated red apple and banana segments with barberries and coconut slices – an indulgent trail mix. Milk chocolate, hay, very subtly smoked malted barley and fudge.

Palate

Medium-light. Plenty of red apple, Scottish tablet and fruit scone. Honey-roasted cashews and Christmas cake (the fruit kind) with a good slab of marzipan icing.

Finish

Medium. Fades on red apple skin, gently drying tannin, and marzipan.
