Baked apple and pear with oily grain notes. Pineapple, peach compote, and peeled satsuma. Wood shavings. Caramelised white chocolate, dill, and burnt toast. With water, herbaceous notes.
Palate
Light-medium. Ripe strawberry, blackberry, and raspberry. Sawdust. Vanilla custard. Burnt toffee. Tunnocks teacakes (biscuit, marshmallow, chocolate). Clove and powdered ginger. Slight astringency, softened with water.
Finish
Medium-long, on woody spices and maraschino cherry.
