Taster

Nose: Dream topping, old school desks and 2B drawing pencils.

Palate: Original Lucozade is the first flavour I get, as classic vanilla pods and a hint of strawberry ice cream plays in the background as well.

Finish: Earthy dry notes on the finish.

Comment: A little tired, this dram but very drinkable nonetheless.

Taster

Nose: Dusty books, a touch of linseed oil, some putty and a toasted nuts.

Palate: Dried fruits (apricots, raisins and figs) with a very dry centre of wet wood and a little smoke.

Finish: Residual dry notes that hit the top of the mouth first and coat the tongue.

Comment: Another fairly dry and slightly sleepy whisky. Come on! Wakey wakey whisky!!
