Nose

Quite summery and light. There’s bananas, maple syrup, and just a hint of fresh paint. Then some oranges and almonds.

Palate

A touch hard to place. There’s some buttered toast, banana foams, rubbing alcohol, brown sugar, and lemon peel.

Finish

Slightly sharp at the back of the palate, with a lot of citrus sweetness

Comment

Pleasant but feels like it needs a bit more ageing as there’s some primary distillation notes still lingering.
