Nose

A vibrant start: cranberry and cherries, then some Fruit Roll-Ups and a touch of earthy oakiness.

Palate

Super crunchy, like biting into freshly made cranberry sauce. There’s a hint of nice spice — allspice in this case — and a little oakiness too.

Finish

Lengthy with a nice menthol note alongside some of that fresh oakiness.

Comment

I was intrigued by this whisky — it’s well made and really alive.
