Nose

Notes of salted butter melting in a pan with brown sugar granules, mango and pork chops are followed with lemon zest, meringues and yoghurt covered raisins.

Palate

A savoury kick to start with barbequed pork, red Leicester and pepper kebabs. Hints of pineapple, freshly brewed coffee and lemon meringue pie.

Finish

Finish doesn’t hang around, but a nuttiness does cling on.
