Nose

Apple core, pencil shavings, and cinnamon-flavoured sweets. Hint of chocolate-covered raisin. Toffee, chocolate Mini Rolls (chocolate sponge and sweetened cream), candied orange, and lemon peel. Rye bread and whipped butter.

Palate

Medium bodied. Warming cinnamon and a hint of stem ginger. Chocolate ice cream. Sugary cooked plum. Cherry brandy. Black tea with lemon and orange slices. Oaky tannins build.

Finish

Medium. Oaky grip with baking spice and a hint of coconut macaroon.
