Nose
Slightly dusty wood note at first, before some notes of Bakewell tart, vanilla, and sticky orange sweeties.
Palate
Quite bright, with lovely well-balanced floral notes — some Parma Violets but not overwhelming. There’s a nice toffee note there too, that makes it quite moreish. A good bit of spice helps create an even keel.
Finish
Warming across the front of the tongue with fairly lingering finish.
Comment
A comforting, clean, well-balanced blend — lots on offer here.
