Nose

A lovely nose. Full with banana, subtle honey and a touch of smoky toffee and barley. With time a playful herbal note appears along with hints of earth and crisp citrus.

Palate

Soft and full with honey coated banana and hints of apricot, barley and oak. Not }quite as complex as the nose but it has a lovely weight. However \nthe smoke seems to have disappeared!

Finish

Good length with the citrus scything through the honey and toffee. Lovely \nherbal aftertaste. \n
