Nose

Sweet and malty: a handful of Lotus biscuits and caramel stroopwafel. Then the fresh green fruit, with gooseberries and the skin of Granny Smith apples. Floral aloe vera and dried lemon peel.

Palate

A creamy mouthfeel, and some of that green fruit carries through, though it’s surprisingly savoury and vegetal in character with some agave notes.

Finish

Astringent, alcohol-forward.

Very light in style, a little too sulphuric and gassy.
