Nose
Dried sweet spice. Some vanilla. This too has a hard, sawdusty edge as if the wood isn't not yet quite fully integrated. When it opens there's a touch of wax, a little Ovaltine and light honey.
Palate
Tingling and clean, light smoke then grass. Chewy, nutty and light.
Finish
Short and clean.
Comment
A pretty dram.
