Nose

A fairly sharp nose to begin with notes of honeydew melon, green grass, and white flowers, alongside vanilla custard.

Palate

Quite light, with notes of lavender sweets, vanilla bean, and a Danish pastry, freshly baked with crème pâtissière.

Finish

Not lengthy, with a bit of heat at the front of the tongue.

Comment

A pleasant whisky but I wanted more complexity overall.
