Nose

Some green apple and hay, a little pear drop. With a good dash of water, there’s wax candles and white chocolate with more pear.

Palate

Without water, very hot, but cream doughnuts, honey, and a touch of smoke. With water, pastries, honeycomb, a bit of ashy-ness.

Finish

With water, much fuller, with wet soil.

Comment

A tricky one, this. Without water, too prickly. With water, a bit too subdued. Had hoped more complexity would emerge with dilution.
