Nose

Citrus fruits like orange peel, lemon zest, squeeze of lime. Then, notes of wood and nuts — chestnuts and chocolate hazelnut.

Palate

Much spicier than the initial nosing suggests. Cinnamon and gingerbread. Still a slight hint of fruit in there with pineapple and lime juice especially.

Finish

Medium in length with a slight lingering spice.

There is a delicate balance of spice and fruit which works well. Ideal for the colder months ahead.
