Nose

Oil paints, varnished oak, pear drop and fresh cranberry juice. Some leafy, herbal notes, like fresh oregano, basil and thyme. Wood bark and sap. Pomegranate’s fruity earthiness, too.

Palate

Full. Concentrated milk chocolate, toffee, blackberry sauce and cherry jam notes. Some dehydrated lemon and pecan, with lots of golden syrup. Candied ginger, with candied orange.

Finish

Long, on peanut. Then drying as cinnamon and nutmeg become more assertive.
