Comment: An aggressive young punk of a dram: Sid McVicious? It might have a gastronomic application as a marinade for oily fish or perhaps in a dressing.
Nose: Floral and citrussy. Rose syrup, lime. Quite prickly. Green oak. Seems young. A soapy note.
Palate: Sweet. Grassy then getting dry and spicy. Zesty. Alcohol is quite aggressive. Peppermint.
Finish: Dry and grassy. Fresh chewed stem.
Comment: Quite harsh and burning. Alcohol is not tamed at all.
