Nose

Light and a little closed at first. With time, there’s zingy lime sherbet, sweetened rice paper (think flying saucer sweets), balsa wood and lemon balm citrus aromas.

Palate

Unsalted butter before the lemon flavours continue. Creamy rice pudding and lemon meringue pie, with citric notes becoming bracingly sour.

Finish

Sharp and short, with the same zesty flavours and hints of nettle and green tea lingering a few seconds.

Comment

Lots of pleasant citric notes make this very fresh.
