Nose

A barrel of red apples. Bay leaf, charred cinder toffee and delicately yeasty. Cumin, quince jelly and ground coriander seed. Wholemeal bread, serrano ham, and blanched almonds.

Palate

Medium-full bodied. Roasted sunflower seeds, well-aged prosciutto and fudge. Fig and apple chutney. Medjool dates and stroopwafel. Subtle florals dance in the top notes (calendula). A hint of eucalyptus.

Finish

Medium length, with sesame and toffee.
