Nose
Nicely fresh with chamomile, sweet vanilla, madeleines, and something herbal. There’s a pleasant note of pea shoots, alongside orange blossoms.
Palate
Rounded and creamy, with notes of fresh-baked sponge, dried ginger, apricot yoghurt, and some jam roly-poly.
Finish
A nice rich finish with those lingering notes of apricot/peach yoghurt, and ginger spice.
Comment
A fresh dram with surprisingly nice weight, and a good creaminess.
