Nose

Chalky candy, Edinburgh Rock, rhubarb and custard sweets. A lighter side develops with jasmine tea and lime posset. A briney smoke washes over the nose.

Palate

It has a clean fresh laundry character, green grapes, coconut water and more lime. A hint of saltiness, with ashy smoke and waxy hand cream.

Finish

Gentle and delicate with a short finish.

A little lacking and thin, perhaps it was too young.
