Nose

Notes of mahogany, liquorice, peardrops and cocoa butter. Leathery with wisps of pine sap, pink grapefruit, ink and underripe banana skin.

Palate

Hot leather, tomato ketchup and pickled strawberries. Aniseed, hoisin duck pancakes, celeriac boulangère and pear skin, followed by yoghurt covered raisins and roasted chilli flakes.

Finish

A dry spice coats the bridge of the palate with aromatic notes piercing through.
