Nose: Blackcurrant jam, lime juice, and chamomile tea with jasmine. Under this, milk chocolate-coated biscuits and a touch of olive oil-drizzled focaccia.
Palate: Medium bodied. Creamy vanilla pudding poured over a medley of mandarin and baked banana, with a foundation of sweet cereal notes, like malted milk and digestive biscuit.
Finish: Long. The biscuit note becomes sweetened wholemeal bread and butter.
Comment: A fruity Speyside style backed by some weighty oiliness – lovely stuff.
