Nose

Very odd: turnip skin, bread crust, burning wood. With water, Indian spices and blonde tobacco notes.

Palate

Liquorous. Marsala-like burnt edge. A little tannic and tight in the mouth. Water loosens things up bringing out orange and chocolate.

Finish

Short, slightly bitter.
