Nose

Perfumed and heady. Apricots, bergamot and clove. Overripe pineapple and cedar cigar box. A flinty minerality is joined by a sweet gentian-led florality.

Palate

Medium body. More robust than one might assume from the ABV. The pineapple’s here with concentrated orange juice, turmeric and more of that Suze-like gentian note. The minerality carries over and adds a degree of complexity.

Finish

Fades on Fanta orange (soda).
