Nose

Lily pollen, cut slate, heather and mandarin oils. Bergamot and sandalwood. Subtle lavender and cranberry juice. Pomegranate molasses and rose petals.

Palate

Light. A heady balance of sweet caramels and floral notes. Like rose-flavoured Persian nougat. Candied almonds. Chinotto orange, sage, and raspberry leaf. Rooibos tea with honey.

Finish

Long, on the orange and rooibos notes.

Comment

Really complex and heady. A twist on the classic bourbon profile I wasn’t expecting at all.
