Palate

Rye toast and peach compote. Caramel wafers and vanilla latte. Orange-spiked crème brûlée with more pecan praline.

Finish

Medium-short, fading on dark chocolate-coated orange peel and a little menthol freshness.

Comment

Very well balanced. One for those who like their bourbons on the savoury, high-rye side.
