Buttery pastry and creamy almond frangipane. Pears poached in vanilla syrup, and a hint of Marsala. Lemon thyme and creamy macadamia nuts.
Medium bodied. French toast with more of those pears and vanilla syrup. Toasted hazelnuts sprinkled on malted milk biscuits.
Medium. On ripe pears and a little hint of spiced latte.
An easy-going sip, and the dessert-like flavours are well balanced.
