Nose

Nutty and full with a touch of toasted barley and orange chocolates. With water, there’s more baked fruit: peaches and quince.

Palate

Silky and sweet, with some wood polish, cream puffs, butter pastry, and brown sugar. Dries quickly and becomes very spicy at full strength. With water, more of the fruitiness emerges.

Finish

Hot and spicy without water. With water, more balanced and gently sweet.

Take time with this one and add a bit of water, and it really delivers.
