Marmalade on toast: beautiful, sweet fruit, dash of soft rye and edge of saltiness.

Palate

Spicy, busy start: early arrival of cocoa but a playfully biting, taste-bud nipping character stars.

Finish

Loads of cocoa balances out vanilla. A dry, slightly oily but magnificently long finish.

By far the best aroma from the JBB small batch selection, and taste and finish: a classic top of the range bourbon.
