Nose

Brown bread and treacle, white pepper and green bell peppers. Digestive biscuit and all spice followed by cola cube and caramel. A dusty hayloft element.

Palate

Brown sugar and more cola, curry powder and cocoa, followed by filter coffee and cinnamon. Maple syrup and some white pepper in there too, but it’s restrained.

Finish

Sweet and spicy.

Great nose, but for me the palate doesn’t show the same degree of complexity.
