Nose

Super fresh and vibrant with lots of tropical fruit and a creamy vanilla sweetness. Tutti frutti ice cream, apricot yoghurt, ripe juicy peaches and sticky pineapple too.

Palate

Malty and gristy with a viscous fruitiness like syrupy tinned peach juice. The cereal note continues throughout as bran flakes, alongside toasted brioche and iced cinnamon pastries.

Finish

Gritty, malty and fruity with a little char grip and anise spice.

Comment

Not quite as fruity as I’d hoped but it makes a cracking breakfast whisky.
