Tasting Notes

Martine Nouet

Taster

Nose: Very floral at first. Then quickly moving to rootier notes. Vétiver? Humus. Damp grass.

Palate: Sweet and round. Sweet plum. A bit weak at mid palate. But yet delicate. Spices gently rise and give a fizzy feel.

Finish: Pleasant with a dry clean ending.

Comment: A refreshing and delicate dram. Slightly fragile but it has its charm. Avoid water.

Score: 7.7

Taster

Nose: Initially a whiff of camphor then dunnage warehouses. Damp sweet wood notes.

Palate: Has a bubbly quality. That sweet tang has become dark fruit skins like plums or damsons.

Finish: Short and cleansing.

Comment: Well put together with some very refreshing qualities.
