Nose
Nutty but soon comes a note of stale pear, partly covered by a heady floral aroma Hyacinth? A dusty note again.
Palate
Crisp. Dry with a touch of astringency but acceptable. What we call in French “bonbon anglais”, sort of pear drop. Very confectionery-like.
Finish
Sweet, round. Soft spices.
Comment
Sweet if not sugary. Too much of these artificially flavouring candy notes.
