Nose

Strawberry jam and Turkish delight. As the heady fruitiness settles a dusty layer of sawdust and red apple shavings emerges.

Palate

Strawberry and lime-flavoured sweeties headline a youthful yet vibrant palate with very little cask influence. Water draws out more of the mouth-watering red fruits, now a blackberry and raspberry smoothie with black pepper and ginger spice.

Finish

Red wine gums and black pepper tingle.
