Nose

Takes time to open up. There’s raspberry gummies, wood smoke and hickory, a gentle medicinal character. Allspice and ginger cake.

Palate

Mouth-coating. Juicy fruit chews, iodine and smoked plums. A somewhat savoury biscuit note.

Finish

A little hot, but long and fruity with gentle wood smoke.

The wood is restrained and the palate is pleasantly spirit forward.
