Nose

Strawberries, cherries, blackberries and subtle mint leaf. Dark chocolate, candied ginger, walnuts, Averna amaro, cinnamon, bitter orange.

Palate

Full. Intense cherry cola and candied orange, ginger ale and chewy caramels. Poached pear with cinnamon, a glug of brandy and lots of Muscovado sugar. Liquorice Allsorts and chocolate-coated raisins.

Finish

Long, on chocolate sauce before red apple.

Skip dessert and the digestif. Have this dram instead.
