Nose: Light and quite attractive, with a touch of smoke. Toasty (wholemeal bread) caramel, barley sugar, American cream soda.
Palate: A strange smoky perfume like burning orange tea. Light and gentle, but thin.
Finish: Sweet.
Comment: More weight is needed in the spirit.

Taster
Nose: Light smoke, as though from a nearby lone chimney. Just a hint on the breeze.
Palate: Creamy. Custard. Marshmallow. Toasted coconut.
Finish: Toasty.
Comment: The peat is so light that it is barely perceptible in the nose and palate, but it's dryness creates a contrast that lifts the sweeter notes.
Score: 7.3
