Nose

Notes of hay and salty sea create a background of nature that holds a foundation for the soft smoke here. There’s some peanut brittle, toffee, vanilla, and candy apples too.

Palate

Wonderfully vibrant, with notes of clementine, salted caramel, and Honey Nut Cheerios with that smoke just floating by as the sip develops.

Finish

A little bitter with a really elegant smoke that holds on but doesn’t overpower.

A beautiful whisky — very classy and of a place. Wonderful.
